I finally came up with a name, and sort-of character for that guy 8Dhis/her name is weiming (ahahaha you can't tell their gender...)
they are from china, and are skilled in the art of bianlian~ they also like putting smiles on children's faces (happy children=happy weiming)
unfortunately, this also gets him/her into some trouble since he/she sometimes goes to extremes so kids will by happy (like threatening the keroro platoon that the invasion better be peaceful...or else)~
I'm still working him/her out, so this might change a little~
fff also he/she's an excuse for me to practice my chinese >__>
