the designers ought to research on a little more pop culture weapons. i mean, can't we see hope waving around potter's wizard wand? and sticking it in places that hurt. awwyeeaaaah.
and vanille? she could stand to have a moonrod and some HENSHIN powers.

Pretty much exactly how I get through the game: whack it until it stops moving. Perhaps ironically Fang is who I have set at the leader 99% of the time.

I'd have to say that Hope's is more stupid. Both aren't horrible, though. Hope has a boomerang and Vanille has a staff with retractable weights on the end of it, right? Well, both are more spellcasters, so they don't really have to do much physical damage--if you think of the weapon as channeling their magic or whatever, both seem fine.

True. Their weapons weren't meant to be the damage dealers like their magic is. I was just getting at aesthetically, they're both kind of meh.

lol, if you look closely at Hope when he uses his boomerang, he moves his body left and right to tell where the boomerang should hit. then when his turn is over, he stops moving and it comes back to him.

lol, yeah, i figured that out when i went to gran pulse. [near the end of the game haha XD] I still like Vanille's weapon though, it goes into three strings and when she puts it away her weapon is put into three parts. So their weapons are both awesome. I don't have a weapon but R-18 yaoi.
