Oh wow, it's so detailed that it's... actually quite grotesque. xD That's a very good thing, though! To achieve such a level of honesty in a work of art requires a very unbiased style of drawing - you appear to represent things entirely faithfully to how they are instead of how they ought to be, and that's a skill right there. Great job!
