This one comes with a sort-of rhyme thing or poem I made when I should have been uploading this days ago, It was orrigionally written more like a song lyric but I eventually cut out the parts that sucked.-
A new-age opiate of the masses
Burning your retinas, melting your glasses
We've destroyed you with mental pollution
Systematically turning your brain into molasses
Ignorance is our final solution
Changing public heros into outcasts
A new weapon, perfect execution
The power of propaganda amassed
Crank the volume and adjust the contrast
Complete submission done with a broadcast
Fuck commercialism, it has you hypnotized
Fuck the american idols, they should be despised
Fuck the mass media of well-disguised lies
The revolution will not be televised

This is mostly pretty different from what I usually do, but in some ways its not. Had a wierd thing for detail. Anyways tell me what you think.

this makes me think of the song "Welcome to the World of the Plastic Beach" by Gorillaz. i love the song-lyric-poem-thing you have going on, too. i could see it as a song or maybe a slam poem.

Eh, I listen to a lot of relatively for a lack of a better word "underground" dub music and I often here references to "The revolution will not be televised". Either its a popular idea in the culture, or there must be a record label by that name or something haha.

Yea, the whole thing is pretty wrong, but it makes money, and thats why it's around, like cigarets, they kill people while weed just doesnt, but you dont see anyone criminalizing tobacco.
