Sorry that this has taken me so long but yesterday I had been writing the description (took me hours) and the internet had disconnected. Also, the colours are based of the spawn eggs (for the chicken one I had to base the colour of the spawn egg spots). Anyway, the simaralities between these potions are: if drunk, you'll turn into a mob. If turned into a splash potion, can be used to turn mobs and other players into these mobs. This can be cured by either drinking a bucket of milk, attacking one of the mobs your pretending to be or killing yourself.
Chicken Shapeshift Potion Positives: When you fall/jump of blocks you slowly glide instead of falling. You can hide in holes the size of one block. Chicken Shapeshift Potion Negatives: Ocelots are now hostile against you, and cause 2 damage. Pigs are now neutral, and cause 3 damage. You cannot tame wolves or ocelots. Ocelot Shapeshift Potion Positives: You're twice as fast. Ocelots will not run away from you. Ocelot Shapeshift Potion Negatives: Wolves are now aggressive. You cannot tame wolves, ocelots or hamsters. Hamsters run away from you. Water has a 0.5% chance of causing damage. Spider Shapeshift Potion Positives: You can climb up all blocks (apart from TNT, ice, meleons and pumpkins). Spiders and skeletons won't attack you. Spider Shapeshift Potion Negatives: Golems are now aggressive against you. Skeletons might try to put a saddle on you, and ride you (You'll have no control). You can not fight in tunnels/holes one blocks wide. Wolf Shapeshift Potion Positives: You don't need to tame wolves, they'll follow and defend you as if you've tamed them (only if you look directly at them). It's fun! Wolf Shapeshift Potion Negatives: You cannot actually tame wolves. You cannot tame ocelots.
