Well, for one, I've always loved High-Tech, and if a (on the outside) "windowless" car isn't an obvious sign, then I don't know what could be more obvious

As for the other 2 reasons:
Ninjas are supposed to be "secretive", hence the lack of windows (so to speak)
While the fact that it's Electric, a.k.a makes less noise than gas powered cars, also fits with that Ninjas like him are meant to be stealthy. (Let's say that if racing against you as an example, and you WERE far ahead, you probably wouldn't hear me catching up to you until I'm practically touching your car's rear end. Plus that a Petrol engine's noise would hide the little one that Electric cars emits)
