This blue jay sees a Sharp-shinned hawk coming his way. I watched the young hawk trying to catch a blue jay for breakfast for about an hour. The blue jays out maneuvered the hawk every time. This is the first shot I took in a sequence where the last picture is a blurry hawk tail swooping past.Related content
