I'm pretty sure I must have been high on something when I made this... Someone was saying that Koffing looks like the "Awesome Face", and this came out.I originally had the more "poofy" style of clouds for his smog, but making it more wispy may have looked a bit better.

Best part was in the Island of Giant Pokemon where you hear him talk (more or less), he just agreed with whatever Ekans said XD
