Description
Allie was looking forward to the Harvest Festival. The food, the music, the dancing - it was easily her favorite time of year.

After her shift at the Tavern, she had decided to stroll down to the fairgrounds to see how construction was coming along.

Most of the villagers were here, including some of her friends. She spent nearly an hour strolling amongst the half-built booths, chatting with the various townsfolk preparing for the weeklong festival which culminated with the moon reaching its zenith in the sky

But the exhaustion of the day was beginning to wear on her. So she said goodnight to her friends and headed home along the darkened, winding path that ran around the perimeter of the village.

She wondered if Joshua would invite her to the Harvest Dance with him. Though she wouldn't admit it, except to her closest friends - she was smitten by the young farmhand with his flashing blue eyes….

?!?

She awkwardly stumbled - her arms suddenly flailing in mid-air futily trying to regain her balance. But her feet were suddenly tangled up in something. She crashed to the ground with an impact that took the breath from her lungs.

Looking down at her feet she noticed they were now ensnared in a cord someone had pulled taut across the path between two buildings.

Her eyes caught movement at her side - two small humanoid creatures, each holding an end of the rope her feet were tangled in. Their ash gray skin had made them nearly invisible in the dark of the cloudy night.

"WHA…!?"

She was just pushing up from the ground when a sudden impact on her back drove her back down, stunning her.

As she tried to catch her breath, another creature appeared and shoved a dirty rag into her gasping mouth, while the creatures were small they seemed incredibly strong.

Fast too, in the time it had taken Allie to register that she was under attack - the two at her feet had succeeded in binding her ankles together with the cord she had tripped over. While the one at her head pulled more cloth over her mouth and knotted it tightly behind her head.

She tried screaming but only a gurgling whine emerged from underneath the wadding stuffed in her mouth.

The one on top of her grabbed Allie's flailing left arm and drew it across her back until it threatened to pop out of it's socket. Another creature rushed in with a rope and within seconds they had her left wrist bound. After that it was a simple matter to repeat the process on her right arm, knotting her wrists together painfully tight.

The rope was thin but strong and threatened to cut into her wrists if she struggled too much.

With their prey now helpless they drew daggers and quietly went to work slicing Allie's dress to tatters. Within moments her exposed flesh glinted in the low light.

Allie shivered both in the cool night air and in helpless terror as the creatures eyed the naked, bound tavern maid, smiling hideously.

Suddenly there was a low keening whistle, the creatures looked up.

On top of a nearby hut sat another creature making frantic hand signals.

Without a seconds hesitation they dragged Allie across the path and into the darkness behind the well, her exposed flesh roughly scraping along the rocks and dirt.

Once there the large creature drew a small rough hewn dagger and pressed it dangerously to Allie's throat.

"Qwi….et…" he paused, trying to find the words…

"Quiet girl." He hissed through clenched teeth, and pressed the dagger even harder into her neck.

Three of the others pressed spears into her skin to keep her still, while the last grabbed the remnants of her destroyed dress and flung it into the well, where it would not be easily discovered.

Allie was helplessly pinned, unable to move as what had spooked the creatures came into view…

…Calliard. He was the night watchman tonight, she had seen him only a few hours earlier in the tavern. Allie now regretted allowing him that extra flagon of Mead. He teetered slightly as shuffled along the path carrying his torch and pitchfork.

As he stumbled past the creatures clamped down even tighter on their captive, it felt like the air was being crushed from her lungs. The creatures tensed, weapons at the ready in case he saw them…

…but he didn't - Calliard continued past them, and after a few minutes was lost from sight amongst the huts..

A few moments later the creatures got 'all clear' from the lookout on the roof, and they relaxed their grip slightly as Allie gratefully sucked air through her nose.

At the big one's silent command, the rest hoisted Allie up onto their shoulders and dashed into the woods.

Branches and leaves scraped and stung her soft exposed flesh as the creatures ran through the undergrowth at amazing speed.

When the dizzying journey stopped, she found herself in a small clearing surrounded by more of the creatures, at least a dozen - many wearing weapons and armor.

To Allie's shock and surprise, they also had four other girls she recognized from her village. All of whom were naked, helpless and terrified as she was.

Upon seeing her arrive, the leader of the group, an even larger creature with green skin and armor - growled commands to the others in a language Allie didn't understand.

Without a word, the creatures picked up their shivering captives and marched into the woods.

Allie and the others could only sob softly and wonder where they were being taken as they sadly watched the lights of their village fade into the darkness…

Well it looks like those Goblin buggers are back to their old tricks, procuring some village girls - no doubt for some unspeakable act...
