I'm kind of shy uploading this since Wish-Granter uploaded a melon pony as soon as I finished drawing this one.IF YOU DO WANT TO ADOPT HER:
Give a suitable name to her but, don't be lazy with it
Draw her ATLEAST once (link back when done)
Give her a well written bio or atleast explain her as a character a bit

You may change her design a bit but it must still look like the original concept
