Description This is the Flag of the New Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, a futuristic fictional nation led by the Premier of the Government, the General Secretary of the New CPSU, and Supreme Commander in Chief of the New Soviet Armed Forces: Rik Latyeskov.

For the Flag's returning symbols, the Hammer, Sickle, and Star, their representations are the Workers, Farmers, and Socialism respectively. For the new symbols, the Wreath represents Democracy (since the New USSR is a Democratic Socialist nation) and the two diagonal stripes represents the old and New USSRs. Finally, and similarly to the old USSR's flag, the red background represents the blood that the workers and farmers sacrificed to bring the nation back together during the 2nd Civil War from 2018-2023.

Premier Rik Latyeskov has been the Head of State of the New USSR since 2024, leading the nation that he forged from the ashes of the 2nd Russian Civil War upon defeating the remnants of the Russian Reich, led by Fuhrer Viktor Karzhov. The people of the New USSR highly respect Latyeskov, and regard him as one of if not the greatest leader Russia has ever had. His Democratic Socialist ideology, Latyeskovism, has spread throughout the Eastern Hemisphere in the first half of the 21st Century, either by Soviet-reinforced Revolutions or all-out wars that brought down false-Socialist leaders, like Kim Jong-un in North Korea or the Maoists in China.

The New Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is a secular, Democratic Socialist nation led by Premier Rik Latyeskov. The New USSR was formed from the aftermath of the 2nd Russian Civil War when General Secretary Rik Latyeskov and the 15 Governors of the Provisional Soviet Republics signed the Treaty of Reunification on Christmas Day of 2024, which officially reunified all former Soviet Republics. Their main ideology, Latyeskovism, is very widely supported throughout the nation, and although there are other parties in the government, the New CPSU has been the majority ever since the New USSR's formation. Thanks to Latyeskov's more lenient approach to Socialism, the New USSR has seen an astounding level of economic and military growth, thus becoming the only remaining superpower in the wake of the 2nd Great Depression that struck back in 2016.

Credit to for originally creating this flag as a gift to me and for allowing me to use it for my nation. Essentially, the inspiration for the two stripes was from the Flag of the Federal Republic of Estovakia from Ace Combat 6.

1. Tell him on his comment section on his account to stop hating anime and tell him to look up anime on wikipedia.

2. If he won't listened to you, just make a anti transfatylvanian propaganda poster and a anti axis of nefarious underworld schemes propaganda poster, or you can just block him.

I'd rather not start anything. I don't get why everyone on DeviantArt is at each other's throats. If you hate something, ok that's fine, that's your opinion, but to say you hate something just to get people mad, that's just wrong.

See, if I react to his anti-anime stance then he will be fueled to say even more shit about it, and then the cycle will forever loop.

So he's scared of Japan? I mean, maybe if we lived in 1941 that would've made sense, but it's almost 2015, I don't get why anyone would be scared of Japan.

Marxism-Leninism and Latyeskovism will not be abolished in the new ussr, and Stalinism will abolished in the new ussr.

Latyeskovism is the main ideology, while Marxism-Leninism is secondary. Stalinism is completely abolished.

In 2017,
Did Latyeskov and the Bolsheviks overthrown president Putin?

I didn't really flesh the Revolution out itself. I'll probably have a situation where Putin somehow loses the election to the Imperialists, and then Latyeskov and the Bolsheviks revolt in 2017, which topples the fledgling Imperialist regime, and replaces it with the New USSR.

After the restablishment of the USSR, Did Latyeskov the premier of the new ussr, both established the proletarian and democratic dictatorship and it will be a communist, democratic socialist and a anti Stalinist nation?

It will be a Democratic Socialist, Lenin-sympathetic, and anti-Stalinist nation.

Also, why is Marxism-Leninism became secondary in the New USSR and the New CPSU?

It is not secondary, it's more like a goal. Latyeskovism LEADS to Marxism-Leninism.

Yes, your ideology Latyeskovism can led to Marxism-Leninism. But why about Trotskyism, that might work.

I'm not too familiar with Trotskyism. Is it similar to Marxism-Leninism?

Hmm, I think Trotskyism might be Marxist-Leninist, But Marxism-Leninism, Trotskyism, and Latyeskovism are Communist, Socialist, Democratic Socialist, and Anti-fascist ideologies.

To be more clear, there will still be Victory Day Parades and Bolshevik Revolution Day Parades every year (May 9th and November 7th respectively) showing different regiments in the two Parades. Every single day this flag will fly over the Kremlin. The New USSR will still have a Communist Party, however it will plan out the eventual change from Socialism to Communism. Also, the New USSR will not take part in the "War on Drugs" due to its failure, and will result to counseling and other methods of removing harmful drugs. The New USSR will have much more lenient laws regarding religion. You can still have your religious beliefs and ceremonies, however if the religion itself or the activity involving that religion impede on regular life, Socialist/Communist belief, or another religion's ceremonies, it will be banned until a compromise can be made. However, the main religion of the New USSR will be Russian Orthodoxy. As stated before, any other religion is allowed unless conflicting with other religions or the Communist Party. You do have the right to own a certain array of firearms, for the New USSR shall have a well-regulated militia. Any weapon that is fully-automatic will be reserved for Red Army personnel only, unless you have been proven yourself to be completely loyal to the New USSR under an advanced lie detector or through means of lie-detecting from the KGB.

For further description, the two gold diagonal lines represent the Old USSR and the New USSR. The wreath that encircles the Hammer, Sickle and Star represents the security of Socialism. The Hammer and Sickle represent Workers and Farmers respectively, and the Star represents the rule of the Communist Party of the USSR.

I have written a story about two years ago (like my other stories I've written, it's not on DeviantArt) but I think I'm gonna either scrap it and start over or just completely edit the crap out of the old one.
