i would think a little of both. the fact your willing to do another person, even if its you, thats the same gender makes ya a little bi.
as for the masturbate part. the clone knows you to well to do exactly what you want the clone to do. no different then playing yourself.
now if they cloned you and changed your gender from male to female, then that masturbate and bi question goes out the window. ha ha ha

i was just about to say something about an opposite gender clone. I personally would totally do my fem-clone. though the genetic changes that would need to be done to make a fem/male clone would make it that they would be a different being all togeather
