Flora's is that of a cosplay she did as her self made original character, a plant mage named Belania Gaclya. She made it to be adjustable to cover more in case of she needed to cover up more for if people dislike her showiness. but sadly she may have out grown the original but Elizabeth had this one made for her as apart of her special family gift. though she did add that undershirt as she though it showed just a little bit too much.
