In case you were wondering where I got that from, that is part of an altered version of a song called White Rabbit from Jefferson Airplane. It could possibly be the best song to play as he transforms into Hulk Brio in the first Crash game.
As for your picture, he could be doing a sort of Russian roulette for the viewer.
Or, he could cheat and make Crash choose the green-filled flask by 'accident'.

im all too familiar with that song haha, i was obsessed with alice in wonderland at one point so i listened to it a lot
i had him sort of pulling a russian roulette on himself if that makes any sense? mainly because i was listening to some really melancholic music while drawing this
