I just found the name and some sketches of my comic "A Sunny Day" so I decided to make a step by step pic

This is the first page of the comic. Well, we always spend a lot of time and effort on the first pages, right? I had to scan every step of the first 3 pages. They took me much more time than other pages of the comic x__x

1) First step: I finished the whole 27-page name before drawing any single page. For any one who is not familiar with the word "name", it's the rough draft which the finished manga is based off of Yes, they're very simple and messy
2) Second step: I drew a detailed sketch for the first page based on the name.
3) Third step: I lined the sketch with a pigment pen. It looks much cleaner now but, like usually, not as good as the sketch.
4) Fourth step: After inking (painting black) some part of the lineart. I tried to add screentone with photoshop but failed epically LOL. Well, I had thought a lot before throwing this page into recycle bin 'cuz it had took me a lot of time anyway. But my sister said that she couldn't accept this kind of comic page so I threw it away =="
5) Fifth step: Well, on the inked lineart, I gave it more black part. Finally, it turned out a black and white comic page. A bit too monotonous but I didn't know how to add screentone so I left it like that..
6) Sixth step (Really? lol): After finishing all 27 pages, I made the cover. I know that if I had made the cover first, I would have been unable to finish the comic. Don't ask me why, that's my style hahaha

I only had trouble with step 4 in the first 3 pages 'cuz I decided not to use screentone in the rest of the comic. Once bitten, twice shy Therefore, ~98% of the comic was done tradtitionally.
