Wonder if one of those leather biker's jeans with a tying down the side of the leg would not work a treat here. One could tighten gradually over time.

Now you see how the flexing can be done overnight without ill effect. In fact, he did it by himself several times a week since 2004 (yes, that is TEN years long). The effect is surprisingly positive. His ball of feet becomes more fleshy. He loves it, and sometimes pinching his own ball of feet, enjoying their fleshy and springy feel.

Yes, that biker jeans is a good idea. Too bad I don't have one. Be cautious that the ball's joints are not in pain, as it might damage the nerve and joint.
