Well, itβs not normal for me to make such an immensely evil character.

When I write a fanfic I don't usually create characters that are horrifyingly evil. For example, the antagonist of my Pokemon fanfic Jerry is mostly a jerk.

Oh, I see. One of my villains is very obsessive of one of my characters.

Yeah. He did do something that could be considered evil though...forcing his Charmander to go for a swim with him. This didn't kill Charmander, thank goodness, but it did hurt him. He also forced him to enter fights that he couldn't possibly win, such as against an Onix and a Gyarados.
Fortunately, he encountered a different Pokemon trainer. This trainer was hot-headed but she at least went out of her way to make sure that Charmander could enter fights that he had a good chance of winning. So she made him fight grass Pokemon.

He's the most badass character. Without plot devices requiring the hero to win, he would've wrecked Milo.

But a strong character adds to the story.

I don't mean to sound rude, but I think his name is Commander Lyle Rourke.

I got the info from IMDB and Yahoo. It could be his middle name. Clayton Lyle Rourke. But I'll check to be sure.

Thank you for pointing it out. His name is Lyle Tiberius Rourke. I fix the title, the rest have to wait.

Wow! I like that Michael J. Fox did the voice of the hero.

It has been a while since I have seen Atlantis: The Lost Empire. But I never forgot Clayton the villain of the movie.
