Description
one of my favourite dog breeds
but impossible to draw
It took me hours to draw these giant ears
and then this long muzzle 
All in all I am absolutely happy how she turned out.
This was a gift for one of my friends.

I love the malinois breed and your drawing instantly got my attention! Overall this piece made a huge impact on me, the eyes are very expressive and you suceeded in depicting an elderly dog with the fur going white here and there, especially at his mouth. However as the paper itself is white this effect is partly lost. I think you could have used a colored paper or added some color to the background to make the dog pop out more.
The anatomy is very good though the muzzle seems a bit short from this angle and too thick, lke the malinois had some German Shepherd in it so in case of a purebred malinois it needs to be thinner and longer. I love the tongue however, it looks hundred percent realistic and correctly shaded.
Overall this is a decent work with minor issues, so good job!
