I'm only hopping on here to submit this really quick. A quick design for the Contest they're holding over at .

Designing this derg, I kept three terms in mind:

FLOW: I wanted the design to feature geometric patterns that fit together into a nice package, inspired by the classic looks of some of the oldest MTTs around.

HOMAGE: The group is undergoing a huge change, but I wanted to design something that paid respects to its beginnings while mixing things up to fit its new 'era'. The OG mascot-- Mari--, was a good inspiration, but not the sole inspiration for the design.

REPRESENT: Had to really keep in mind not to get too out of control with the design, as if it wins, it'll be drawn by people of all stripes. I kept the amount of colors I used to a minimum, and the shapes simple. I also snuck in the species name on key points of the design-- sorta jumping on the bandwagon with that, but I had my fun keeping it subtle!

I want to thank all the mods and current handlers of the MTT Species, for giving me a chance to enter such a fun contest. I wish every one luck and hope we all come away from this experience having fun.

P.S. - Yes, their name is FACE, because if they win, they'll be the FACE of the species. I know we don't have to name them, I was just having fun, LOL.
