Description this is a desk drawer, filled with mud and found objects. When it dried, it cracked and shifted.

thank you very much! It was a little act of...faith? perhaps. Placed the pieces into wet mud, and let it dry and crack the way nature intended.

You're welcome! I guess there are lots of exciting ways to play with this material - its texture, color, density, etc. - in order to create wonderful artistic effects.

I totally agree- I am always mesmerized by these effects in a dry lake bed that I visit. Thanks for looking!
