VERY good. It looks as though her body is some kink of fabric, slipping down the chair...

It seems that the chair and the figure share the same emotion...the same sense of being "forgotten," of alone-ness...perhaps they exist to be alone together.

Beautiful as usual.

i really like the contour of her elbow...it may seem like a strange comment to receive but it was the stand out part of her body...

beautiful.

something about this strikes me ... very deep (at least for my little head): this beautiful woman is kneeling in front of and more so resting and sharing space with this (don't know how to describe it) ornate/aesthetic chair. As though she is reaching out to the one who sits there, as though she's given her heart to that person. who is absent. And the chair, to my mind, could symbolize the throne of a man's influence in the home; like Archie Bunker's chair, the Lazyboy-like chairs in Friends, Even the couch in Married with Children ... these places are the limit of the input of those men in their homes ... instead of, perhaps a better compromise in the man's being more responcible for other aspects of home decoration, sharing and vague equality and all that.
I get from this The great struggle to compromise and be content in relationships. (A good compromise leaves both party's feeling they got the better deal.)

anywayZ, sure hope you don't mind that bit of mind-flow. :smirk:
great photo!

i really like that you look into the pictures and find meaning. i will post another chair/subject picture because i think it captures more of what you are saying.

how do you know so many thin modelesques/subjects, ... ever think it uncanny?
just something that I had to ask.

was there any sort of emotional overtone in your attempts at these photographs that is in vein with what I spouted? If so that's just soo cool. :smirk: Can't wait to see the next.
