I had not seen your drawings untill now. So, what can I tell you about this my friend ?
In fact I really do not like that show, it is really one of the series that I like less. let's just say that here in Latin America MLP is a franchise more focused on toys for girls under 10 years and the TV program is shown only by Discovery Kids, a channel merely aimed for children here.
I have nothing personal against this series, it is more a cultural thing because I was one of those kids who grew up with Hot Wheels, GI Joe and Justice League, and I also lived surrounded by kids who hated little girl toys so I also learned that kind of contempt toward those toys.
But I think you are doing a good mixing KND an MLP, because there are many MPL lovers in your country and maybe this piece will open their eyes and make them appreciate KND.

Just for fun note, rermember the Occult Squad I created? Twilight Sparkle, (the schoolgirl in purple) was part of it. Obviously she's magical.
However, this KND here take place 5-10 years after time of the KND we know.

Wait a minute... If I wanted to use your characters in my story, what would I have to do?
Because in fact, I was planning that the occult squad that you designed back in the past decade could make an appearance in my story.
Do you also had planned that they exist five years after the actual KND timeline?

I have much more to tell.
I chose "KND:FiM" to be a separate timeline from the "Actual KND." I don't know how to put these two together without interfering the storylines of both sides.
And another thing, "The Actual KND" is somewhat from a different era than today.
"Codename: Kids Next Door" was aired in 2002 and canceled in January 2008.
"My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" aired in 2010 and still going.
Each of these shows are from a different decade and the social or technological elements are quite significant.
In episode Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y., Chad used an 'iPod' in his escape with Numbuh 1. So that should means even in the world of KND, iPods are popular. I remember I was in Sophmor year in high school right before KND finale, Steve Jobs announced his iPod Touch (aka iTouch).
Anyway, if an iPod-like MP3 player is shown in KND, that should mean that it's an advanced technology of it's time even in show.
In "Equestria Girls," a Humanized spinoff of MLP started in 2013, the characters use smartphones. Smartphones have been around sometime after "Codename: Kids Next Door" end and reflect to the timeline these devices are in.
You see, technology reflects the era or timeline they were made or popularized.
In truth, it would be ridiculous if the KND version of MLP uses outdate technology if their official counterpart in "Equestria Girls" uses a more current devices.
Maybe I am overthinking but it some logical to me.
And I think 2x4 technology in KND will be more advance than before.

Numbuh 333, at the age of 14-15 is now attending Monster High (a high school for Monsters). cdn2.mommyish.com/wp-content/u…
I know, another girls show based on a girls toy franchise, but I can't help Numbuh 333 would fit in perfectly. He's half-Monster and every students are Monsters. Even he mostly look Human, most monster students treat him nicely.
The moral story of Monster High (even as a school) that people or monsters will accept and tolerate him no matter how different he look or how different he is.
Numbuh 333 (aka Will Morphos; he renamed himself to fit, "Morphos" is Greek for 'change,' his main Monster ability is copy other Monsters' abilities.) has a lot to learn about accepting and trust others and see the world in a more nicer way.

I didn’t know you have plans for the Occult Squad. If you do, I recommend Numbuh 7th Heaven and Numbuh 31, they are Numbuh 333 best friends in the squad. The rest of Occult Squad are more like goons; soldiers to Numbuh 333’s command (literally).
They contrast each other even they are best friends:
Numbuh 7th Heaven is a pious, modest Catholic, Numbuh 31 is somewhat an animistic neopagan Goth who don’t believe in dogma, and Numbuh 333 is more an ignorant Humanistic Secular Agnostic.
Numbuh 7th Heaven is Light, Numbuh 31 is Dark (by good), and Numbuh 333 is Gray.
If you want to make a story about them, to be honest, I don’t know. Maybe about them fighting mythical monsters or evil adults possessing powerful magic amulets, anything could happen I guess.
I don’t have a story for them but I don’t think I can write it for multiple reasons: nobody love KND anymore, I’m not good a fanfiction writer (grammars and hard thinking), and I’m too lazy to write.
A story when Numbuh 333 died or was thought he died and woke up in the future and sees his girlfriend Numbuh 31 dating Numbuh 7th Heaven. Awkward…!
Why would Numbuh 7th Heaven date Numbuh 31 when they are opposite? They are closest friends, with Numbuh 333 gone (for a while), Numbuh 7th stepped into make her feel happy again. It wasn’t love at first, Numbuh 7th Heaven was just counseling even on himself.
The outcome? Numbuh 333 is mad and jealous obviously and he still love his best friend. I haven’t thought about the rest of the story.
I don’t have much plans for the Occult Squad. Five years (at least) was a very long time in KND universe, every operatives should have been decommissioned by now (unless few made it into the teenage sections of KND). I always imagine they live their boring lives as teenagers and young adults as high school and college students. Even for the Occult Squad.

So it's cultural thing; males in your place (Latin Americas) are not persuaded to like MLP.
Hell, Even to this day and a big fan, I still don't know why even guys love MLP: the fantasy, the positivity, the moral stories, and even the cuteness. But I still want to hear these things from the fans.

Here a story, KND:FiM took place (I like to say) 5 or 10 years after the KND we know. So all the old operatives have been decommissioned.
do you remember the Occult Squad that I created for supernaturally-powered operatives? Twilight Sparkle was part of it because of her Magic power but mostly a librarian and spends time train and studying including KND history. The rest of the Mane 6 don't have sectors before Twilight, they are called when they are needed.
Rainbow Dash: Pilot
Fluttershy: Animal Specialist especially for the hamsters
Applejack: Food production (sometimes weapon specialist) for the entire KND organization
Pinkie Pie: Artillery And Demolition Specialist as well Party Planner
Rarity: Inventor for 2x4 gadget, especially armor and uniforms
Celestia and Luna share leadership; Discord tagged them both
They have magic powers
Wonderbolts: Elite aerial squad both on planes and jet packs
Cutie Mark Crusaders: KND rookies and cadets
Lauren Faust: The Mysterious Founder of the 8th Age of KND (After the Numbuh 0)
Some MLP characters in KND Universe may not all be KND operatives, like Zecora, Trixie, Flim-Flam Bros. Etc.
And some are rogue or ex-KND operatives: Discord, Nightmare Moon, Sunset Shimmer
Or even drop-outs like Gilda

I chose to take place 5-10 years after the KND we all know so both KND and MLP:FiM won't interfere each other.
Plus, KND and MLP:FiM/Equestria Girls are different era from each other: KND is in the 2000s and MLP:FiM/Equestria Girls is in early-2010s. Not just by production but in the shows too. In KND, they have iPod/MP3 players; in Equestria Girls, they have smartphones.
Maybe the KND:FiM 2x4 tech will be different than before.
