Description This is one of my personal weapons, twin gunswords. Though "they" looks like a one weapon but they're actually two identical weapons connecting to each other. They can be split, when shooting, the blade is underhand, when using blade, it can be use underhand or abovehand. Reloading ammunition to the gunswords is very slow, it need to be put in by bullets instead of magazines. Each gunsword can only hold twelve bullets. It can be use as a trick to enemies in combat.

Cool design, although I can't imagine it being very useful for anything other than storage in it's combined mode. The only grips are really close together, making it awkward to hold while losing all leverage over the edges of the blades. Perhaps if there was another grip higher up on each blade you could then use it like a bladed quarter staff. Otherwise, I feel like you'd always want to split them as soon as they were drawn.

This is a very cool design. It's actually a very cool way to incorporate both weapons in one. The bullet load method is a bit troublesome, though. Perhaps if you incorporated a magazine load mechanism that inserts into the side with a sturdy button release mechanism. That way you can efficiently reload without having to leave such a wide opening.

That might work, at first I did thought about the reloading part, it function normal but slow, the sides are the only parts to reload. I did thought for a magazine but the gunsword will have less suport for itself.

Perhaps. But you could make the magazines out of a light and strong metal like titanium. That way it's still pop in and out, but not give way too much of the structural integrity.

I'm not really a material and engineer, but I think about. I drew this 3 years ago.

I'm not either...I just kinda let my imagination take the wheel.

Years ago, even though I make up things in my head, they still need like science to explain.

Very true. I've started applying some science to some attacks I made up. Wow, isn't imagination great though?

Thats quite an intresting idea.... like that you can split em up and wield them up and wield em one in each hand with the blade "reversed"......

Thanks, but the problem is the reloading part, no magazine but bullets by bullets.

The pistols on these type of swords are more of an ace up the sleeve to bring out in the middle of a close encounter....
