It had only been a week and a half since Jennifer's 18th birthday.... At which point her mother told her that she was a descendent from a long line of witches. She said she'd be getting her powers anyday, but she hadn't expected them to manifest quite like this.

Walking home through the park after work, Jennifer bumped into a man on his phone who proceeded to yell out at her "Watch where you're going, bitch!" A rage overtook Jennifer like she'd never felt, and she held a hand out at the rude man, instantly trapping him in a ball of blue energy. The ball surrounding the man seemed to get smaller and smaller... as well as the man inside of it! When Jennifer snapped out of it, she realized what had happened and quickly ran over, making sure nobody else had seen what happened, and picked up the now miniscule man. "I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY! I'M SOOO SORRY! I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WOULD HAPPEN, I JUST.... I'M SORRY OKAY?" The little man, to Jennifer's surprise, was not scared of being held in the hands of someone 12 times his size. Instead he was holding his arms out, waving them furiously, and screaming at her in a cute but aggressive high pitched tone. He was too small for Jenn to understand what he was saying, so rather than listen to him rant, she merely opened her purse and dropped him inside. The man landed with a hard thud against Jenn's phone and oversized bits of change. Jenn peaked in and whispered to the man "I'M TAKING YOU HOME TO MY MOTHER. SHE'LL KNOW WHAT TO DO. JUST... HANG TIGHT AND DON'T GET SMUSHED IN THERE, OKAY?" She sealed up the bag and continued her walk home. She didn't want any harm to come to the little man... but at the same time it did feel good cutting that bastard down to size.
