Edit of this: Derpy Hooves NurseSince I had control of the lining work for this outdated art. I decided to redraw everything into a different view, to the original. And it came out pretty well to me.

Then don't click on artwork that has suggestive or sexual pony pictures. my username(as you point out) say it all about my content here. I do make alot of suggestive, sexual, and pornographic edited pictures for people who watched me here. But i still follow the rule here and don't pass the line to fully pornographic( except the solo human artwork) some content of my art.
Which is why this picture you see here isn't in the category of pornographic, there are no genitalia display at all here. So it only fit with the suggestive area, and you had to look for the other version some where else.
If you don't like the content display here, i suggest you go and find some other artists who fit your needs. I don't think either me or the other artist I collaborating with to make this, will satisfy your content needs. (unless commissions, which i don't do)

First of all, I didn't see the artist's name.
Second, I didn't look at the picture, I looked at the title in a Group-thingy.
Third of all, I like the work, but the concept is what unnerves me.
So... nice work. If you want to draw this, that's your idea, and I have no reason of telling you what to do.
I'm just telling you my personal opinion.

And i sorry about Judging you, i'm just usually that person who use and see things in a "common sense" matter. Normally I accept opinions and criticism with my work, it help improve some of the mistake i do and make it much, much better. But i normally get to see those "type" of comments that make me questions "Why do you even proceed to view more that content if you don't like it, it not forcing you to click on it."

Also, that picture is kinda creepy. The first thing I see when I check my notifications, all I see is a slightly seductive Pinkie Pie blinking at me.

- so you tell me your watching a group that has my art in it
- Then you just check your notification and just found this in it.
- but the only thing you see was my avatar but not the art that was display.
by that explanation, you either:
- Just got back signing in on Deviantart and got 1000's of art notifications waiting on you. from the time you left after this picture was release to the public, which is may 10.

When it comes to the comic itself...
I think it's great. The artwork is certainly excellent. One thing I find strange is that the... fluids... were a lot more illustrated than the ponies and backgrounds, which kinda makes the other art on the comic look a little bit. The concept didn't change, though.
As for the idea, you already know that I'm going to wash my eyes out with water, but I'm going to ignore my personal on the idea and give the comics an...
8/10.

When it comes to the Usual comic itself give your critiques this guy since he the one that originally created the series.
The only thing you can critiques me on are the NSFW pages, the comic cover arts without the texts, and reorganizing the pages with the comics pages together in one downloads. They were all done by me.
If you haven't been following Pyruvate long enough the funny thing is. These comics weren't originally planned to have genitalia be drawn in for personal preferences. Just only the fluids which give that imagination that it there. There was alot of Drama on that category for creating a Porn comic not shown any bits. Which is why i came along and fix the issue along the line.
Also i need to go back and fix a few pages. There are some things I saw that needed to be added, which was missing originally.
