HE'S TO BLAME FOR EVERYTHING.
When I was a wee child, I watched DBZ....RELIGIOUSLY. DBZ was my religion, swear it. I lived and breathed it. Even today I harbor some liking towards it, even though sometimes I also wonder "WHAT WAS I THINKING!?"
You wanna know why I have an infatuation with pretty boys?
This is it.
Future Trunks. Even in Akira Toriyama's super super Shonen style, he was still PRETTY. <3
I still love him. Hahaha He'll always be a one of my favourites.
Also, when I was younger and worshiping DBZ as my God, I drew in the same style as Toriyama. No joke. I learned how to draw from DBZ (and Pokemon, oi). So I was thinking today..."I've NEVER drawn Trunks in my own Shoujo-Shonen hybrid disaster style".
I think someday I'll do him more justice hahaha
Also, I'm sorry I haven't been around! I've been reading EVERYONE'S journals and looking at everyone's art! I promise, but just haven't made any comments. XD;;; Sowwyyy

Lol...thats kinda like how I started loving dbz...First of all, I love Trunks [and Goten]. Those two are my favorite characters of all time. Second, the story was: I was just randomly flicking channels when I saw the title sequence of first episode of dbzk (it's not that much different from dbz - its still a good show) and decided to watch it. BEST DECISION EVER. I got so hooked that I went to look it up on youtube and found a ton of stuff and now like a year later, here I am - totally addicted to Goten and Trunks, getting dbz books for Christmas, and desperately wanting to learn how to draw manga. I guess that's just what dbz does to ya. ;D

Love the style of the hair in this for some reason... Love the random shadows and highlights, it really gives it a cool, more full look to it... SHWEET!! Actually, I like the coloring on the face, too... Love the actual colors you used, too!!! Niiiiiice!!!!
