there was nothing about this movie I didn't love with all my heart
(also Xiebalba and La Muerte are my forever OTP. like, ive shipped stuff before, I have had previous OTPs but THESE TWO WIN EVERYTHING. I have never fallen in love with two characters any harder or faster in my life.)

My favorite was probably the drawings of Joaquin discovering Manolo.... They skipped over that in the movie, and that's one of the moments I wanted to see. (and maybe a funeral/burial or something but whatever...) anyway.Β
