Tried layering the hair, mixed results, kinda made you go cross-eye when viewing.So spot rendered the hair and merged in PS.
Used some deformers to bend the skin at injection site and under her chin

Sadly, to get that shot (also hide a few things) I only used 1 section of corridor. If I pulled back you would start seeing the bulkhead.
And before you ask about another location, this was my third attempt at this scene & it's the only one I liked the lighting.
