Ok so for some reason there was an issue posting the description, so here it is:
A clean looking theme I use on my iPhone.
The lockscreen is Minuet, which you can find on Cydia. (A moded version can be found here: [link]
The icons and UI are from the Sarif theme, which is also available on Cydia. In winterboard I use the UI black, HS time, HS weather and app badges red mods. (Creators website: [link]
To get the HS time and weather in the right place on the springboard, SSH into the iPhone, go to Library/Themes/Sarif.theme/settings.js. Where it says 'var weatherTop=' put 655, and 'varclockTop=' 600.
The app switcher is Auxo, and the notification centre mod is BlurriedNCBackground, both of which are on Cydia.
The icon layout is achieved with Springtomize 2 and Gridlock (Cydia).
