Description
This is a picture of R63 Chaotic Harmony, called Melodic Anarchy.I joined into the #EFN channel to find out it's R63 day. so i've got a list of ponies to draw and i'll see if i can get
through them using the new method for drawing ponies i've been working on.

thanks, though i don't intend to do vectors for a while untill i'm doing half-decent pictures with the graphics tablet. i've had it for almost 3 weeks now ^.^
