was this colored with crayon? Its got a texture like it was.

It was actually done with prisma colors for the skin and regular coloring markers for the rest.

huh for the prisma colors have you ever tried a colorless blender?

I colorless blender works wonders with markers. You use it to blend the lines that markers can cause. It also make it so you can shade with markers as well. I've got a few if you want to try it out sometime.
