Done for a contest over on theOtaku.com. Where you can cosplay your character or other anime characters as whom ever you want.I thought Miyu would make a good sailor moon, due to their simmilar hair styles, though there would be far less whining from Miyu.

Here is that short story I promised. I hope you like it.
"Come on, Miyu!" Pouting slightly, Hyatt pleaded. "It'll be fun!"
Miyu turned to Hyatt, lollipop still in her mouth. "I dunno." Gripping her frog backpack, she muttered. "The last time you said it would be fun, it cost me a week worth of allowance."
"It's completely free." Calmly, Kimara stated. "It's just a Cosplay convention."
"A what?" Wincing, Miyu asked. "Is that some sort of costume party?"
"Something like that." Giggling, Hyatt replied. "We all know you've been dying to wear that Sailor Moon costume like forever. Why wait for Halloween?"
Miyu sighed, pulling the lollipop from her mouth. "What are you two dressing up as?" Flatly, she demanded. "I'm not going to dress up and be the only one there is a costume!"
"Relax!" Grinning, Kimara said. "We wouldn't do anything to humiliate you."
Miyu was silent for a moment but finally gave her two friends a smile. "Okay, I'll do it! When and where is this convention?"
"My mom will drive us there." Smiling, Hyatt said. "Just be ready in costume around nine tomorrow morning."
The following morning, Miyu stepped out of her house in her Sailor Moon costume with her hair dyed blue and extensions put in to give herself an authentic look. She was relieved to see Hyatt and Kimara dressed as Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars. The three went to the convention and had an enjoyable time.
As they were about to leave, a woman in a security uniform approached Miyu and asked her to go with her.
"Why?" Curious, she asked. "What did I do wrong?"
"You didn't do anything wrong, Miss." Kindly, the security guard replied. "You are just needed on the stage."
Miyu turned to Hyatt and Kimara who both shrugged but had sly smiles on their faces. They knew something was up and, as usual, Miyu was the last to know. Sighing, she followed the security guard to the main stage at the convention where an announcer addressed the crowd.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, May I introduce the winner of the Sailor Moon competition!" Cheerfully, he declared. "This young lady has been selected to play the lead role in the next up coming film!"
Miyu was stunned. "I've been what!?"

Very cool! I love how you gave this Sailor Moon a more youthful look. The purple hair is a nice touch.

I'm curiouse to see what kind of story you see for her. A bit of back ground I had for her is that she's a pretty shy girl but with a little encouragement from her friends is willing to try new things, but somehow seems to find trouble with the help of her friends Hyatt and Kimara, mostly Hyatt's doing.
