In Dogs in Space, the Earth (Universe 5400) System is a Planetary Relocation and Terraforming Syndicate (Known as P.R.A.T.S.), but also Many Units founded in 21st century after Humanity's last hope in which the scientists genetically modified animals that talk and make noise (Dogs, Cats, Owls, Etc.). The CEOs of the P.R.A.T.S. are the captain (Admiral Warburton) and Olga who was Kira's Owner. Within the beginning of the P.R.A.T.S. origins, The M-Bark class Cruiser was built and launched into space for many years. Following the return of Kira as well as her owner Olga, The Shrubdub's Raid continued to wreak havoc and sent in assistance to protect their home after Kira showed her true nature due to her crimes. Garbage and Stella become Captains and the Bridge of the Pluto was upgraded to 2 seats where Stella and Garbage become Both Captains of the Pluto.
