In Don Bluth and Gary Goldman's Titan A.E., I remembered the Old Earth (a.k.a. Gaea) since in year 3028 A.D., Earth was destroyed by Drej, here is a my headcanon of the Old Earth System, theres located in 5 light-years from Earth.

Planets of the Old Earth System

Sol Proxima: A Yellow dwarf star.

Vator: A Molten Mercury-like planet closer to the Old Earth's sun.

Rhea'cury: A Mercury-like planet. It's name is also a Mix between of these 2 names: Rhea is a moon of Saturn and Mercury is a 1st planet of the sun.

Vanus: A Venus-like planet.

Old Earth (aka Gaea): An Earth-like planet which means, in a year 3028 A.D., a groundbreaking scientific project known as "The Titan Project" incurs the wrath of the Drej, a hostile race of aliens with bodies of pure energy , who fear that it will allow humans to challenge them. Determined to wipe out humanity, the Drej destroy Earth in a massive attack, forcing the surviving humans to evacuate and flee into space. During the evacuation of Earth, Professor Sam Tucker—head researcher on the Titan Project—leaves his young son Cale in the care of his alien friend Tek as he flees Earth in the spaceship Titan. Before he leaves, he gives Cale a gold ring, promising him that there will be hope for humanity as long as he wears it.

Mathyos: A Red Mars-like planet.
-Mathyos A: A Phobos-like moon.
-Mathyos B: A Deimos-like moon.

Potaufeupiter: A Orange Red Pink White Jupiter-like planet with Hypersonic winds, Violent Lightning Strikes, and 54 moons. It's name is an Amalgamation of Potaufeu (ポトフ星 'Potofu-sei') is a planet somewhere in Universe 7 . It is said to hold a mystical sleeping power, which is the Superhuman Water. However, these rumors were proven false. There is a deadly weapon held on this planet, named Commeson , able to absorb a person's power and create an exact copy of them.; and Jupiter is a 5th planet of the Earth's Solar System.
-Sullust'Io: A Red IO-like moon. It's name is also a Mix between of these 2 names: Sullust,
A volcanic planet whose atmosphere was highly toxic forcing the native Sullustans to build technologically advanced subterranean cities. It was the base of Imperial factories and the SoroSuub corporation employed roughly half the population, and Io is a volcanic moon of Jupiter.
-Gauldro: A Europa-like moon.
-Alterna'nymede: A Purple Ganymede-like moon. Its name is an Amalgamation of Alterna: An Snowy World in Splatoon 3 in which Callie, Marie and the Agent 3 Inkling defeat The Giant Evil Mr. Grizz and the Octarians who are Brainwashed by the Fuzzy Ooze with the Help of DJ Octavio and Deep Cut (Shiver, Frye and Big Man).; Ganymede, is a largest moon of Jupiter.
-Kanni: A Light Green Callisto-like moon.

Zantra: A Yellow Saturn-like Gas Giant with Planetary Ringed System and 43 moons.
-Andoritan: A Earth-like planet with Ice Capped, Trees, Oceans, Mountains, and Insect-type alien lifeforms, after the names of Andoria from Star Trek, and Titan is a largest moon of Saturn.
-Zantra Major: A Light Blue Tethys-like moon.
-Zantra Minor: A Mimas-like moon.

Aerdentia: A Cyan Uranus-like ice giant with 25 moons.

Qolbrecht: A Blue Neptune-like ice giant with ringed system and 13 moons.

Enter'nus: A Ilum-like planet with 5 moons.

Y'Kani: A Pluto-like dwarf planet with 3 moons.

Uronos: A Eris-like dwarf planet with 1 moon.
