So, this is my second digital art and I'm very happy about it. The Isabella drawing is not mine because it belongs to my friend I asked her if I could color her Izzy doodle here:[link] and I didn't know how to make it bigger since I'm new to digital art and I used SketchBook Express so I made a background. In her doodle or sketch, she made Izzy say notice me so I made a story about it. If anyone remembers the episode when they built a rocket at the end Izzy asked Phinny if he wanted to go to the Girls Star Dance (i think.. cause I forgot) and they were already there...When they were in the dance as usual Phineas is oblivious and was distracted, Isabella was wishing that he would be the gentleman she wants him to be(and there's a shooting star in the background ) but she can't blame him for who he is..Aww Poor IzzySo she just stands there a thought saying "Why won't he notice me?". I really suck at background especially at shiny stuff, oh well I'll just have to practice. Anywho! Enjoy and to my friend xCandyliciousx I hope you don't mind that I made a story, a background and some little additions to Izzy
