Mandelbulb 3D 1.7.3.1Slight adjustment of colours in PS.
I found a Big Bug in Mandelbulb 3D.
That sounds much worse than it is. It's just the bug that came to take a look into my fractal
Original parameters were from the deviation 'Cage Museo' by *allthenightlong ( [link] )
I changed formula 1 to the new formula 'ABoxSmoothFold' by Darkbeam at Fractalforums ( [link] ).
So in case you want to use this parameters, make sure you add this new formula to your formulafolder

my parameters should be embedded in the image (not sure if this work only with the original size, the other sizes are automatically created by Flickr)

the second parameter is closer same place but with a quite different POV , anyway the pov is not a problem i will try to explore with the 3d navigator, and the start is quite good

are you sure of the parameters ?
i just got a almost solid blue image with a vague hint of a taurous shape..and yes i have Darkbeam formula
humm..maybe darkbeam formula was a replacement and not a addition ?
anyway using your parameters i can't get nothing close (and almost nothing except solid color)

I was pretty sure they worked, but checked it and you are right, what came out of the params in MB3D was in no way like the image. So I digged in my archives and copied some new params in the editted post above. Enjoy!

3D Navigator is hard to start with, but once you know how to work with it, it will bring you (almost) everywhere you want. Glad you like it

Yeah, there are living a lot of creepy creatures at or under the height of our feet. THe beauty of nature. Wish I could zoom into the ground with as much ease as we can zoom into a fractal, There must be hidden loads of beautiful pictures below!
