What kind of cons do you go to to cosplay TDI and people not think you're stupid?

The one I went to dressed as Duncan was in Canada. I have yet to cosplay him in the states at a con. I think the best way for people to get that you're dressing as someone from Drama is to do it in a group since for whatever reason a lot of people don't get the reference when you're by yourself. A lot of people seemed to like it at the con in Canada, maybe because it's where the cartoon originated from? Have you cosplayed anyone from TDI?

I Made a Bridgette cosplay, But I was really planning on being Mike (my boyfriend is gonna be Zoey :3) But I was also gonna be characters like Lindsay, Dawn, Gwen and all of Mike's Personalities (minus Vito and Chester, since i am a female and still really young

That sounds fun. I'm sure you'll both do a great job. Don't worry about feeling stupid or anything, cosplay is all about being a goof and having a fun time.

LOL I know~ but we cannot do it until like we're 18 or so because we live in different cities and I never get to see him

Well, I'm sure once you're both old enough you'll have a wonderful time! I can imagine that a long distance relationship must be tough. Lol it is. We always argue like half way through the month for this reason I won't share publicly but yeah it can be tough. He's against wigs but I'll see what I can do to get him to be Zoey lol. I chose Mike because I relate so much to him like omg this sounds like really "weeaboo" (in case you know know a weeaboo is über anime fan who's like a living Mary sue) but I related to Mike do much that I gave myself his disorder. At first it was for fun but then I actually got mental problems through my relationship and have personalities like him now ;-; it's sad.
And you and this one Bridgette cosplayer really did. Mostly tou and Courtney at your con, though. Because you guys looked do professional and other TDI cosplayer a looked like webcam picture takers which bothers me. It looks good though and I like professional looking pics.
I plan to go to Canada for TDI cons but idk if I'll be able to so if I can't I'll ask my friends to cosplay TDI with me lol. I have a friend who'd make a GREAT izzy. Lol

Thank you very much! No worries you spelled chainsaw right (I'm not the best speller either lol) It's not a chainsaw actually, it's a sword prop from a video game called Darksiders 2. Glad you like the cosplay, I'm hoping to make it even better for the next time i wear it.
