it was on the sidewalk on St. Marks Pl. apparently it had been there for a week and hadn't been tampered with at all, which i thought was awesome. i think it was an art piece/social statement, but im not exactly sure. either way i liked it alot. The title is in reference to Segregation, not the artists who did it.
