I had an idea way back for a "no evil" theme to use the hands displaying a symbol of the "hear, see, speak" evil and to cover the normal part of the body as if to symbolize a divide between the person an the evil displayed.

In this case we have the see no evil with the eyes of lust and jealosy blinding the person from seeing what is really there.
