Yup, it's Stella from Tales of Legendia. Why is she holding a cake? Because this is a picture I drew for my friend's birthday.
I think she turned out very nicely. I especially like how I colored the wings. They look much better than Kratos' - then again, they're a different style, so they can't really be compared. Anyway, I can see a similarity between my drawings now, and it makes me happy. ^_^
