It's Colette! And she's actually sad.. Makes me feel bad for her, actually.
Why, you ask?
Because Shirley from Tales of Legendia is about 10,000 x as annoying as our Chosen here. Colette rules over her; it's a fair contest, considering they're both "helpless" blondes. But I like Colette better. (Incidentally, this was going to be a drawing of Shirley, as I have the ToL artbook, but while drawing the bangs I changed my mind.)
