I wanted to make Raichu fluffy. And Raichu can already learn some fighting moves, so why not make him fighting?He is aslo built like a kangaroo, and he has powerful kicks that can break anything.

He is built like a Kangaroo because he is based on the Kangaroo Rat to be precised, and they have powerful legs which allow for good jumping.
