Legs: (rubs eyes) "I'm seeing double here..."

So... I finally got Posca paint pens for the first time a few weeks. While I am still getting used to them, they are really fun to use. The colors are bright, they're pretty opaque, and you're patient to wait a few minutes to let them dry you can layer on top of them!

So after playing around with for a little bit, I thought I would really give them a work out by doing a full piece. I decided to screenshot redraw from a famous Simpsons episode, but with a pop art twist. I started out drawing this, planning it to be reminiscent of Andy Warhol's work, but it ended up look more like the comic book like work Roy Lichtenstein would do. I did use some of my regular ink pens for some of the extra details.

I really love how well this turned out, even though I really should have used a ruler for the squares, and the paper I used isn't exactly the most durable when it comes to paint pens.
