This is an idea Iv'e been sitting on for a while. Some of you are probably wondering how I even came up with this. Well...

I like Tiny Toons, I also like punk rock. Two of my favorites are Sex Pistols and Dead Kennedys.

Not too long ago, I was surfing through videos on Youtube. I came across Tiny Toons related video where someone commented that Plucky Duck sounds like Jello Biafra, Dead Kennedy's original lead singer. Which in a weird way, he kinda does! Biafra had that exaggerated vocal delivery which helped set the tone of band's satirical and humorous songs.

The mental of Plucky Duck as a punk rocker stuck in my head long enough for me to make this.

I love how well this turned out. This was my first time drawing any of these characters. But I could have doen a slightly better job on Montana Max's hand.

This was done with various pens; mainly with a ballpoint pen, and a colorless copic blender marker.
