A very basic Photoshop/GIMP tutorial on getting started with Retro Vintage Colour textures. I love the colors, and using them for a more vintage look, i got the perfect result without having to play around with it alot.

Thank you SO much for explaining this. I have been photographing and editing for months and months now, and I have learned a lot, but I could never find anyone to explain how to process images with these sorts of vintage/bokeh effects. Who knew it could be so simple...thank you, again! I know this is just getting started down that long road, but I never even knew where the path was before (despite having used all those tools for other things).
