- Only have the form of a pony, Hollows are in fact "living" trees that imitate the form of the dominant species of it's world.
- They have no identifiable sex so things such as size and shape are purely based off the tree they are.
- Reside in large forest hidden among other trees. They move at a slow steady pace and creek and crack with each step. Due to how heavy they actually are they often leave footprints in the soft ground.
- Large trunks grow from their back side and live as any tree would. Along their body additional branches grow out. Often the branches that grow from their head are mistaken for horns.
- The trunks are home to many spirits that Hollows collect. Often these souls are from travelers who got lost in forest and died for any reason.
- Seeing a Hollow is bad luck as they come to life when they sense a wandering lost soul nearby. They will follow the lost traveler, waiting for them to die and collect their soul.
- They are unable to speak but do have varying personality traits that are often imitated by travelers then find and follow. One of the more terrifying/annoying habits they copy are crying, which older and smarter Hollows use to lure travelers deeper into the forest to die.
