Happy Mother's Day!
As promised, the winners of my "Who Should I Do" poll- Usagi and ChibiUsa (or, I guess, Neo-Queen Serenity and Small Lady Serenity).
Their dresses are based on their dresses in the manga- Usagi's Queen dress has the sleeve puffs and ChibiUsa's wearing her princess dress from vol. 10. I'm not sure if there's an official colour scheme for it or not, but I decided to go with pink since that's her usual colour. And I gave her the crescent moon on her forehead, even though she usually doesn't have it. It's cute that way!
I know it's late- but I had to work today and actually spend time with my mom since it's Mother's Day! And it's before midnight where I live, so it still counts!
There's no background. Might do one later, but right now I'm tired and my hand is killing me (I coloured it all on my computer's paint program by mouse. )
