My concepts for the next generation of Gundam SEED- the "SEEDlings", if you will!
This picture was made with the "ending credits" in thought, like they're all floating... The song I was thinking of while drawing it was "Shoot" by Seki Tomozaku (character song of Yzak Joule). Just an experiment with colours and styles, nothing is set in stone. But it was fun!
There are many characters I'm thinking about, but these are the main four. Their uniforms are supposed to combine both elements of the ZAFT and ORB uniforms from SEED and Destiny. Mirai and Tohru's uniforms are from the ZAFT half, Nico and Eron's from the ORB. Of course, being Lacus's daughter, Mirai's isn't quite the standard uniform.
I chose to take a picture of it instead since my scanner mauls anything in copics on this type of paper that I scan.

Mirai Yamato
Birthdate: June 5 77 C.E.
Hair: Pink
Eyes: Purple

Genetic Type: Co-ordinator (unaltered)
Parents: Kira Yamato and Lacus Clyne-Yamato
Nickname(s): Mira, Mir
Notes: Nico's cousin. "Mirai" means future. Indirectly named after Meer Campbell, who once saved Lacus's life.

Nicole Sora Zala
Birthdate: June 8 77 C.E.
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Green
Blood Type: O
Genetic Type: Half-coordinator (unaltered)
Parents: Athrun Zala and Cagalli Yula Zala
Nickname(s): Nico
Notes: Mirai's cousin. Nico is named after Nicol Amalfi.

Tolle Elsman
Birthdate: September 17 77 C.E.
Hair: Golden brown
Blood Type: (pending) (I need to find out what Dea and Miri's are first!)
Genetic Type: Half-coordinator (unaltered)
Parents: Dearka and Miriallia Elsman
Nickname(s): Tohru
Notes: There is no difference between the pronunciations of "Tolle" and "Tohru" in Japanese. I call him "Tohru" in English to prevent any confusion between him and who he was named for, Tolle Koenig.

Eron Ecaly
Birthdate: August 20 77 C.E.
Hair: Black
Eyes: Blue
Blood Type: O
Genetic Type: Natural
Parents: Davis and Koliia Ecaly (OCs, not in SEED or Destiny)
Nickname(s): None
Notes: Eron has never been to Earth. He was born in and has spent his entire life in space.

*(Yes, in my headcanon, Dearka and Miri get back together and live happily ever after. As does Sai, who finds a wonderful girl and marries her. )

The year is 93 C.E. In the twenty years following the conclusion of the second Bloody Valentine war, the nations of ORB, under the leadership of Lady Cagalli Yula Zala, and the PLANTs, lead by Chairwoman Lacus Clyne(-Yamato), have created an alliance and joined military effort to ensure the peace between their countries and to maintain the tentative peace between them and the Earth Forces nations. In 88 C.E., the ZAORB Alliance sent out colonists farther than humans had been before into space, creating a colony orbiting Mars and stationed upon one of it's two moons. Now the age their parents were when the first war began, the children of some of the war's greatest heroes and villians, having been trained within the new alliance's facilities and schools, crew the refitted and ready to relaunch former battleship Archangel, heading towards the colony for a simple update and restock.
But what is supposed to be a simple and peaceful visit becomes a battle zone with potential to start a third war as renegade rebels, remnants of Blue Cosmos and other unsatisfied groups, are holding the flegeling colony under siege and on the verge of awakening dangerous fighters who have been kept in stasis since the Bloody Valentine in 71 C.E.
Having only heard the stories of the horrors of war passed onto them by their parents, the young group of people must fight to keep not only the colony and it's innocents safe, but to keep their entire world from dissolving into war once again.
