Name: Vey Ewing-Mystery

Age: Appears to be 11-12 years old (Actually only about 2 years old)

Vey is not your ordinary girl- and not just because of her extracurricular jobs, either: She is a Construct, made through a cloning process which joined the DNA of a top WOOHP agent and a synthetic base which gave her enhanced, almost superhuman abilities.
Spurned in love by Clover from WOOHP and her team, a brilliant scientist by the name of Siberius decided to take revenge. Using just a small sample of DNA, he created a Construct Being who could outdo her- Clover would be beaten by her own "daughter".
Upon her "birth", Vey had the appearance of a young woman (around 16 years old)- and was evil to the core. Under Siberius's orders, she cleverly manipulated the Spies and the Agents of the Centre into believing that the WOOHP agents (primarily Clover) had kidnapped Martin Mystery (evidently, Siberius had a grudge against them too).
But in the end, Vey finally saw what real love and friendship were, thanks to the others. In an epic final struggle, she used her enhanced super-abilities to defeat Siberius and destroy the very technology that had created her... and seemingly died in the process.

A few weeks later, however, when the both the Spies and PIs were called into WOOHP headquarters, they were all in for a surprise.
Vey was alive- and her body had reverted into that of a 6-year-old's. Now extremely shy and fearful, Vey agonized over what she had done to everyone. Rather than lock her away (since she did help save everyone), she was made a Junior member of both agencies and split her time between the Spies in California and Martin and his team in Quebec, slowly coming more and more out of her shell, trusting more, and forgiving herself more.

But then disaster struck. Though she no longer had the superhuman abilities she did before her reversion, the synthetic base that made up one half of her DNA was degrading, and she was dying. To save her life, the scientists of WOOHP and the Centre tried something extremely radical- they grafted a second DNA pattern into her DNA, alongside Clover's, so now she had two halves of DNA from each "parent", just like any other normal person. Being so close to Vey, Martin donated his DNA for it. So, genetically speaking, Vey is now the "daughter" of Clover and Martin, in all but the most detailed, intrusive DNA tests.
Following the graft, Vey grew to appear to be a young teenager, about 11 years old, and thrived. After returning to her back-and-forth lifestyle for a while, Vey decided to settle into a more "normal" routine, and for the time being has resigned her post at the Centre.
Living in a WOOHP supervised apartment in a small city, Vey started Junior High at a school where Jerry informed her several of his new, young agents went... Unbeknownst to her, they met even before they ended up on a mission together!
Vey still carries some sadness and regret with her from her past, but is slowly overcoming it, with the help of her new friends and maybe even a new love... it's a brand new beginning as she joins the Spiez.

...Whew, that was a lot, but I felt I needed to get Vey's backstory out of the way!
I should point out that I created Vey a LONG time ago, long before there was the Totally Spies/Martin Mystery crossover episode, and before Clover found her love, when visions of Clover and Martin as a couple danced through my head! (They still sort of do.) But I figure the story can still work, whether if they're a couple in it or not.
