Some improvement! Getting the hang of this paper and grasping some other pressure and stroke techniques better. That R11 (the purple background) will be the death of me though. I swear that one is just straight up pure oil, it instantly bleeds and feathers no matter what I do.

Anyway, the shirt came out a little streaky on purpose, I wanted the shape of the linen stitching to go that way. But in the future I've figured out what works as a first layer (re: Leslie's right sleeve). Also, I am moving faster! I wanted to see what this style of portrait would do, and also the lighting was fairly easy.

Anyway... onward. I guess I'm doing inktober lol
